The Korean War
The Korean War started as a conflict between American capitalism and Soviet communism. Soviet Russia occupied the northern part of Korea USA took control of the southern part of Korea USA occupied the southern part of Korea was to prevent the Stalinist regime establishing in Korea , as it had developed in Eastern Europe . The Soviets and the Americans had different ideas about the development of the new agenda after World War II with different ideology.
On the 25th of June 1950, the North Korean People’s army invaded the Republic of Korea republic of Korea was, according to BBC History, limited to a lightly armed gendarmerie, lacking tanks, combat aircraft and all but a small amount of field artillery, because of a chaotic political situation in the southern part of Korea Seoul , avoiding the North Korean main battle forces, which was at the port Pusan US army, cooperating with the army sent by the Untied Nations and the Republic of Korea , did not want to back down, even though they had been warned that if they went closer to the Chinese border, China would cooperate with North Korea USA and China , so USA would be busy handling with the conflict in Asia, while the Russians could get an opportunity to do as they wanted in Europe . For about two years there was an ongoing fight around the 38th parallel. The war ended 27th of July in 1953, when the artistic was signed.
At this time there is ceasefire, but still the situation is a little bit unstable, in terms of the daily security used. On the 11th of January 2010 NRK Nyheter claimed that there were a total of one million soldiers on both sides altogether walking along the border. In my opinion, this solution should only be temporary, because of all the human labour that is used to control that North Korea or South Korea does not attack, could have been used to improve the economy in both South Korea and in North Korea
